I rescued a very small female panther and recieved her on March 16, 2022. Ivery littke to no info on her. I dont kniw her age or history. All i know is she was left out in the sun to die as she was egg bound. When i got her there was some evidence of sunburn but not egg bound. On 11/6/22 she layed thee eggs on the bottom of her cage not in the lay bin and the next day there was a total of nine eggs. They are very small and most are dimpled. A few had calcium caked on them. I have been giving her the proper supplements and calcium including liquid calcium that i shoot into hornworms which she loves. Ibelieve this is her first clutch and i have no idea if she had been mated. I dont believe that she was on any supplements other than calcium prior to me getting her.

Those eggs are super tiny! I’m afraid I haven’t yet any experience with my panther laying eggs, so I don’t yet know if that is normal. Is she acting ok? Eating, drinking, basking, etc? You are giving an awful lot of calcium and D3. I would think that you’ve had her for long enough that any previous deficiencies should be cleared up and you should be supplementing per the normal regimen of calcium without D3 every feeding and then use the ReptiVite with D3 one feeding every other week.

Thank you for answering. One of the calcium is without d3 which is daily dusted on crickets except on mondays which is with d3 or reptivite. I have been giving her 0.2cc of liquid calcium in a hormworm once a day which i started two days after she layed her eggs. Tried to just take pics its not easy with this tablet but here is her now. She is ready for bed which is why she is lighter then her usualy color. She is about 5-5 1\2" long and 64grams.
