Diet ideas veiled boy 4-6 months

Looking to hammer out his diet. I have a small starter colony of Dubai roaches and some supers. I get a few cricket for his hunting all dusted in calcium. What am I looking for when it comes to amounts and timelines? Suggested feeders?

Amounts...feed him enough that he isn't fat but just right...no ridge of fat along the spine, etc. (It's the females you have to be more concerned with regarding over eating.)

Good feeders are crickets, roaches...of course, and silkworms, hornworms, locusts, BSFL, and once in a while, superworms, waxworms.

Not too many horn worms either, there kinda full of fat but good for hydration and as treats
