Diet for a Jackson's

Hey, I'm new to chameleon world, and just recently bought a 5 month old Jackson's and don't know much about their diet. How often and about how much should they be eating to maintain healthy growth?

am no expert yet so please wait for a senior menber to better asiste you ,
but from my personal experiance keeping my jackson's
Dusting your feeder's
3 x week pure calcium ( NO D3 )

1-2 A MONTH WITH D3 & VITs ( If you start taking him out for real sunlight everyday you can stop the D3 but still dust them w. the vit one or twice a month )

Try cricket crack from tiki, they have a brad for the cricket crack that specialized on mountain species . I personal use it, alslo a fogger machine is needed to be runing on one side of the cage. Make sure you can provided him with a wet side ( wich is where the fogger machine should be runing ) & a basking side, Make sure temp are btwn 75-83 .
what kind of uvb do you have ?
