Devil's Ivy

:D Towards the end of last year I made the switch from Schefflera to Golden Pothos as I wanted to give Nosy a fuller cage ! Be careful what you wish for! It gets more annoying each time I take it out to clean as it becomes more and more tangled amongst the branches and artificial vines. And of course more and more leaves to clean. This is how much it's grown in 6 months. When I got it the longest vines were around 4 foot, now they must be over 10ft tall. Lets see if i've switched back to Schefflera in 6 months time :)

Does any one have any cleaning tips regarding Devil's Ivy?

That's an impressive pathos! For cleaning, just take on section of the vine at a time and rinse thoroughly. Get all the feces and urates off the leaves and put it back into the cage as you like.

Thanks, thats what I more or less did. I'm presuming its going to get more tedious as the vines get longer. Wanted to see if there were any tips on making it easier, guess i'll just have to suck it up and get on with it!

:) Always reminds me of Independence day when Will Smith drags around the alien in the desert with the tentacles hanging out of the parachute. Me dragging a wet pothos through the living room trying to not let the vines trail behind me and wet the floor.

You could always trim them and replant in the pot. You'd have the same volume without the crazy length.

Your pothos are so long n beautiful in that bathroom, when u dragging through the living room, did u have ur sunglasses on n wearing an Armani suit...
