Can you translate & sum it up for us—anything for us to be concerned about and/or watch for in N. America?

I'm afraid I'd ""translate" it incorrectly at this point. I need to study it more. I haven't heard of any cases in this half of the world...but I do know of at least one group of quadricornis chameleons in England had it quite a few years ago (maybe even the one in this study) and that it still pops up in Europe sometimes now. Not even sure if it was/is the same species of iridovirus.
