Ok I used latex paint an it’s been a wk an still smells should I wait longer for it to cure fully ?

Latex paint isn't a problem if the surface is dry/cured enough to withstand rubbing. It shouldn't wrinkle, peel or come off on your fingers.

No I know ... just used a primer too an it’s been almost a wk an it’s still a strong sent ...
