Crickets

I ran out of the medium crickets that unusually feed yoda so I gave him some of chewie's small crickets and he was super excited by them. Granted, I have to give him about 20 of them because he's a piggy, if I can just get the smells and have both eat them it will save me some hassle. Any thoughts?

Also I've noticed that yoda doesn't drink water from leaves when i spray his cage he just eats the entire leaf. Is that normal? His eyes look fine and his unrates are white so I don't think he is dehydrated .

Personally, I would use the appropriate size crickets. Is Yoda a veiled? Veileds everything. If it's a chameleon safe live plant then it will be fine for him to eat the leaves.

I don't see a problem with it, he'll just need more of them.

Lots of chameleons eat the leaves off their plant. I wouldn't be worried unless his eyes started sinking in or his urates change. Maybe give him a little longer spraying session and he might just drink from the leaves

EDIT: I do agree with Jann though, I'd try to give him the appropriate sized feeder

Yes yoda is a veiled, he loves greens but I haven't gotten him to eat any fruit. I'll buy him some more medium sized crickets. Thanks guys!
