Correct UVB exposure?

Hey guys does anyone know how much time outside is a good amount for the day for UVB ? Ive been sitting out here with her for a half an hour and was just curious! I want her to get a good amount to Atleast the equivalent that her house UVB would have for all of today. Let me know thanks guys!

Well that sounds good! Like others said, even just 10-15 mins is good. If you take her outside, she won't need any D3 supplement.

I was told once by the developers at ReptileUV that 20 minutes of natural sunshine equated to at least a couple days under the UVB bulb. Especially most of them, which output so little.

If my numerical memory serves, a typical Reptisun 5.0 outputs something like 30 (through screen?) while the only times the sun outputs so little is during very early dawn and late dusk. The rest of the day it raises to above 100 and goes back down again. So it makes sense that even just a little time outside when there's good output is giving you 2-5x more UVB per minute than indoors under an artificial light.
