Concerning urate colour...

I have NEVER seen my veiled chameleon drink. I mist her enclosure three or four times a day... I get the humidity up and give her plants a good misting... I have tried misting her directly, but she seems to hate the feel of the water - yes, I have tried using cold, warm, and hot water.

Having said that... her urates are sometimes all white, but for the most part contain a little yellow. (i.e. a one inch urate may be 1/8 yellow).

Do I have reason for concern?

Not really, your cham is getting water without you seeing, otherwise it would show more yellow, sunken eyes etc.
Urate is rarely perfectly white. If you dont already, install a dripper in your cage to provide ample opportunity for water, your animal will benefit.
