Its not bad... simplistic ( which I would sometimes consider a plus )
but it does give a certain tone that chameleons are problematic animals, which we all know given proper husbandry is usually untrue...
in the general sense of a grade I would give it a solid B. Informative without losing cohesiveness or becoming overly complex. Though it could use some revising to make it more or less biased against the belief that chameleons are just "problematic animals just like "any other pet"
Though I supposed from a beginner's troubleshooting view point - this article is very informative and sufficient. Props to the writer for that and a good writing style.
