My blue bar had a lot of solid white, down his spine, and on the top of his head. Would drastic color changes be a show of unhealthiness

my chameleon shed TWICE in one month.....im not sure if thats ok.... he looks good and eating fine...im sprarying 2-3 times a day his urates are white...

So if they're shedding often it's ok because it means they're growing is that what you're saying?

he is about 7 months. I have had him about a month, and i was told about six months when i got him. He was all done within like 12 hours. I was very impressed

mine was done in like 3 hours....... all the skin peeled off there was no dead skin left on him either....

If you are over feeding him it is bad. Feeding a lot to get fast growth results in weaker bones than a chameleon that grows slowly. I would feed a juvenile 5-10 insects daily.
