coiled tails

My chameleon always has his tail coiled, and earlier on today he stopped coiling it, and hasn't coiled it up since. Its been about 6 hours. Is something wrong with his tail?

Chameleons coil their tails mostly when sleeping, so it's normal for it not to be coiled during the day.

Mine coils his tail when he's either sleeping, or mad (usually combined with puffing and flaring up).

I agree. They coil when they are sleepy or angry. When angry they with coil and uncoil, coil and uncoil. I've seen my parson do this before and it was a sight to see.
