I am extremely happy with Coastal Silkworms' customer service. When the specific zebra silkworm eggs I ordered weren't in stock yet, (though are on their way and I should get them in the next couple of weeks) someone from their customer service department, called me and let me know there was nothing to worry about. That if I wanted a different kind just let them know, but otherwise they would be on their way soon. I was very pleased to not be left in the dark, always recommend them ^^

They seem to only send out TOP quality products. Whether it is an individual or pet stores. I am sure there is someone somewhere, but I am yet to hear any complaints. I truly love them. I just wish they had higher availability and cheaper delivery rates. Hopefully, they will remain business for a LONG time. Long live silkies.
