Close ups of how you attach branches/vines and feeder cup designs.

Hi. I am in the process of setting up my first screen enclosure and I have done a lot of reading here and I would like to see how people actually attach things to screen cages. Its easy to read but I do better with a visual reference. I would also love to see some different styles of people's feeder cups/setups. Thanks for the help.

To attach plants and everything I use floral wire you can get from Walmart for like two bucks :) and to hold my cup feeders I just make the cage just right so I can have my branch or a vine holding my cup

Edit: I'm on my iPad right now but tomorrow I will post pictures and also how big of a cage is this for???

i can't post pictures right now either, but...

i had two main components to my set up,
1. Dowels to use a cross bars
2. Vines and other "greenery" to drape over and tie to the cross bars.

I picked up a bunch of large wooden dowels, as well as these fancy thumb tack like things. I cut the dowels so they would line up horizontally in the cage, the i pushed the tacks through the screen into the wood. and whallah. done.

Cant take pics at night:p I wrap all the vines, and branches around themselves and the trees in the cage. I did drill three holes in the top frame of the cage, one in the back center, and one in each front corner. I put screw hooks in the holes, and hung a pothos from the hooks. I really like it, as the pothos hangs down, and I just wrap it where I want.

I use plastic zip ties - and the way that I wrap them around the branch leaves the "ends" are on the outside of the cage where my little guy can't get poked. Alternatively I use smaller bendivines to attach larger ones (like using rope) to my existing plants. Now I use a cane tree, so there are stable enough to attach branches to it, and when I need to clean I can just unwrap the smaller bendivine and I'm good to go. Sorry, have never figured out how to post pictures.
