Circulation in your reservoir?

Do you guys that use misting systems keep a small power head in your reservoir to keep it from getting stagnant? If not are there issues with stagnant water or buildup? In the process of hooking mine up and I was just curious. I have a small nano koralia and thought hmmm, wonder if I should toss it in there. On the other hand I would love not to have to plug one more thing in.

Nope. I just cover mine up to ensure no light gets to it and disinfect the res once a month. I have to refill my resevoir daily, so water doesn't sit too long. I also heat my water with an aquarium heater and still no algae or bacteria buildup.

I fill my reservoir weekly, and have not had any issues. I did not have it during the warmer months though and am not sure about that. I think as long as you clean it at least monthly you should be O.K.

Same here, I keep my lid on mine and it's under a cabinet so no light.

That is encouraging, i was hoping not to have to use anymore electricity than i have too. i look behind his cage and think, my word, where are all those cords hooked up to. almost as bad as what my saltwater tank looked like.

I have the dark grey lowes bucket with lid so should not let any light in. I am also using a heater in mine to warm up the water so the lid will be propped just slightly where the cord for the heater comes out.

haha on the fish tank. that's what I was thinking about my set up. Maybe even notch a piece of the lid out for the cord if your concerned about it.
