Charmander is sick but I don't know why!

My chameleon I got in July, who is about 5 months old, is sick and I don't know why. She is a veiled chameleon, and I feed her crickets from a local pet store and mealworms.
First it started to where she was grabbing onto her back with one of her arms occasionally. now I almost always I see her putting her arm over her back, or grabbing her back. She's extremely shaky when she moves from point A to point B now. That, and she's not eating anymore. I have a dripper in her tank and keep it humid as I'm told to. I've been putting crickets in, and she'll follow them, but not stick her tongue out at them. So I know she's hungry. I thought maybe she was having trouble with crickets, so I put a bunch of mealworms in her bowl. They're still there, untouched, and it's been 3 or 4 days. She also used to be very protective, hissing and puffing up her chin when I put my hand into her cage. Now she hardly moves when I go to put her arm back in the proper position.
It seems she's slowly dying, and I don't know why. I don't know if it's too late to save her, but please help </3

Hello, welcome to the forum :) Firstly I have to say your girl sounds very sick and she definitely needs to see a vet. It sounds like it could be a common illness that chameleons get called mbd which is about an imbalance of nutrients. Usually it means she hasn't been getting enough Calcium.
There are lots of things that can be done to treat her if that is what it is.

:)Hello and welcome to the forums. Sorry your little girl isn't doing so good. Like
Hoj posted, please fill out the questionnaire with as much detail as possible. I would also agree with DavidBuchan and say get her to a vet ASAP. She can be treated but it is crucial to get things straighten out and her started on the right tract or you will lose her. You need a vet with chameleon experience.
You can also print out the questionnaire after to fill it in and take a copy to your vet. It will help them see what is going on and where to start treating her. Good luck.
