Hi Guys:

My veiled chameleon pooped dark and a part of it was yellow. Is this normal? She is eating 10-15 crickets a day. Should i change her diet?

Your cham is dehydrated. that yellow part is the urate, which is the pee, and it should be white. how many times do you mist a day? Can you post a pic of the head pls?

We mist 4 times a day for 30 seconds with the mist king, i cant post a picture of her head now because she is inside her trees. I will post a picture tomorrow morning when she comes out. But if her eyes are your concern, they are not sunken in.

Maybe not more often, but for longer periods of time. The cage has to dry out in between mistings, but 30 sec may not be long enough. I normlaly do it for at least 2 minutes. On very hot days I mist more often.
DO you have a dripper?
I know wiht my cham that he sometimes cops a tude with mistings, and he wont drink from it, but he drinks from his dripper.
If you dont have one, you may want to invest in one.

Go to petsmart, petco, some similar place. its a green plastic square, will prob nbe near the reptile stuff. its literraly called a big or little dripper. it has a hole in the side that a valve comes out of and attaches to a hose. it cost me like 9 bucks.
or if youre really cheap, get a plastic cup, poke a hole in the bottom with a tumbtack and place that on the top of your cage.
Chams are expensive. I bought my entire set up for 200 bucks. the cham at 50 bucks was the cheapets. then another 40 bucks in live plants. then every two weeks 10 bucks on crickets, thne when i got tired of that, i bought crickets in bulk, 1000 for 40 bucks, and that was about 3 weeks ago, i need to get more.
