Chameleons in the mist.

Having VERY recently bought my first chameleon and just generally been fascinated by these remarkable lizards since childhood, it triggered a memory of an amazing sequence I watched long ago as a young child.
It was an episode of Nature on PBS about mountain gorillas, and it showed what I'm now pretty sure was a female Johnston's chameleon, leisurely climbing a thick, angled plant stem. Gathered around her were maybe 4-6 mountain gorillas, just politely watching her, occasionally bending forward to sniff the reptile or tentatively touch her with the back of one finger. It was really cool to see how gentle they were with her.
Yet another example of why I totally agree with David Atteborough that "So it seems really very unfair that man should have chosen the gorilla to symbolize everything that is aggressive and violent, when that is the one thing that the gorilla is not-and that we are.":(
Anyone else have any stories/anecdotes/info about chameleons and gorillas interacting?
