I recently noticed my chameleon trying very hard to hide but he didnt have many places to hide so I got some new plants for him. Before all he had was a pothos and a palm and 10-15 branches. So i got him a money tree, another pothos, 2 atrificial plants, 10 more sticks, a misting system, and a few of those bendable branches made of foam. Before he used to spend alot of time basking (which is at 87 degrees) and now he is really REALLY active and hides and moves all around in his cage, climbing on the sides and the roof, hanging from the big dripper hose, and walking around alot. He also went off food too. Is this something I should be worried about? Why isn't he eating?
