chameleon sneezing or coughing

Hi guys..
I keep hearing some tapping sound from my room every once in a while.
Sorta like a cricket trying to jump from a plastic cup.
Is that the sound of chameleon coughing/ sneezing?
every time i try checking on him.. he never cough.

I hope it's not him and just the sound of crickets trying to get out from their feeder cup..
