Chameleon eye scar

I just recently got a panther chameleon from a reptile show 2 days ago and I’ve noticed he has what looks like a scar on the bottom of his eye I put him under water and he wasn’t able to close the eye what can I do to help treat it I added 3 pictures 2 of the scared eye and one of the normal one

Hi there, and welcome on here! Could you try to get a less blurry photo of his problem eye, please (I can’t make anything out)? Also, what do you mean by ”put him under water”? Do you know if you have an experienced chameleon vet near you?
