Chameleon Eye looks strange when he looks around

I have noticed in both eyes occasionally his skin kind of folds over. Is this a concerning problem? I caught it on video, and I have seen it on both eyes not all the time but more than once.

The skin folding over like it did in the video on the right eye is likely him trying to clean it.

My chameleon does that too, I read it’s just him cleaning
