Chameleon eye boil !?!?

Hello this is my first chameleon forum post but it won't be a good one. Recently I have discovered a little "boil" right next to my chameleons eye. If anyone can please tell me what it is and ho I can I treat it that would be very helpful thanks

How long has it been there on his eye ? What kind of cage do you have ? What kind of light do you use ? How do you give him water ? How often to you handle him ? And how old is he ? I have a somewhat similar problem my female veiled chameleon is about 4-5 months old and on her right eye she has like a bulge or a bumb that appears to be under her eyeball or actually in her eye . I catch her scratching it against her branches in her house and has even tried to scratch it on my finger .

I just noticed it a couple of days ago. So far he hasn't been scratching it or messing with it.
Cage: 2x2x4 reptibreeze cage
Lighting: zoo med mini compact fluorescent 10uv bulb
Heat light: zoo med 100 wat red bulb
Water: spray the cage 2-3 times a day
Handling: handling him every other day
Age: 1 year and 1 month

I'm not sure about the boil but I have read a few other posts lately about the compact UVB bulbs contributing to eye problems. Might be related.
