That question depends heavily on a number of factors. First, I can’t tell from the photo, but is that a screened or totally enclosed cage? Second, where will the cage be located; in a well ventilated room, or a basement?

Depends on where you live and the natural humidity levels. If you live in a drier climate, it might work... I'd be a little worried about potential URIs. If you live in a more humid climate, I don't think I'd recommend an enclosure like that.
