what is that "chameleon dust" made by t. rex? i saw it on LLLreptile, I was actually wondering about a lot of the supplies there that seem convenient, but maybe far from necessary. Does anyone make use of that stuff for their chameleons, such as the Zoo med Wipe Out 1 for wiping the bottom of cage?

When it comes to things like that, I normally stick to what is known to work, versus what might work.

Yeah, figured as much, i'm sure if there was some amazing property about things like chameleon dust, i would've heard of it on these forums by now.

Agreed. :)

But there is always a chance it is somewhat new and not proven to "work" yet, which could be why we could be reluctant to use it. So, who knows. Maybe someone on the forums has had success with it. :)

I have used a few of the T-Rex products and overall, I stay away from them. I am sure some people love them but I stick with the RepCal/STF combos. As far as the other reptile products just about anything marked for ‘reptile’ is more expensive. Go to a PetCo or whatever; look at the glass aquariums for fish. Then go look at the reptile tanks, they are way more, even though they have a crappy lid and thinner glass. Gotta love it!
