Maybe that replaced episode 9

Episode 9 was the original hydration podcast.
I listened to it a while ago, but wanted to listen again since I just got a mistking.

Sorry, folks! Episode 9 is being re-recorded and being updated. I have spent a great deal of research and discussion on hydration and felt it really needed to be updated. Usually podcast episodes are not updated, but these episodes are used as references and I'd like them to reflect the latest information. I should have it back up by tomorrow!
