I strongly recommend that you study this care sheet.

There are a few things that need to be corrected.
1. Chameleons are arboreal and like to be high up in the trees. There is only one branch to climb on and it provides no cover. They like to be hidden most of the time, this making them feel safe. They also use all of the climbing spots to regulate their temperature.
2. That dish at the bottom shouldn't have all that powder in it, and mealworms are a poor choice for feeders.
3. I would remove the substrate from the bottom, it really holds no purpose besides aesthetics and can become a health issue.
4. I would add some live plants. This will help with humidity, provide drinking spots and provide cover.
As it looks like your chams leg could be broken, you might want to place a towel on the floor of your cage kind of like a crash mat in case he falls.
