Male Carpet - just about 3.5 - 4 months old . Looks like he is getting ready to shed. I tried to get him to fire up but he is very relaxed. I included a picture of one of the older males (already in a new home) to show what he looks like fired up.

Female Carpet - Still a green bean 2.5 - 3 months old

Picture of an older male : He was sold at the Pomona Show. I have seen colors like this on the one pictured above.

They look amazing Ryan, thanks for getting the pics up. Although the male is very tempting the female is too cute and I'd love to care for a female since I have a male cham now. I'd get both but I need wait for my friend to take back her beardie when she moves so I'll have the available space. Sending you a PM.
