Carpet Chameleon shedding question...

Is my Carpet Chameleon's blue spots becoming more purple because of her recent shedding or is it simply her developing colour as she grows up? Thanks...Our kindergarten class is doing a inquiry on the chameleon and we want to know.

I don't personally keep Carpet chameleons but most young chameleons color will look more vibrant after each shed. They also get more color as the near adulthood. So the blue turning to purple is probably a combination of the two.
