CARE DIFFERENCES?

Hello, My name is Eric. I’ve been reptile keeping for 2 years now, and this is my first Panther cham.

I’ve done much research but I’ve been provided lots of misinformation.

So, it comes down to this.

Is panther chameleon care any different than any other sort of chameleon? (Specifically veiled?)

Yes, I believe the humidity ranges are slightly different. They are also less likely to munch on plants than Veiled.

welp I'm reviving this thread, It says Basking Temps 85-90 F for Panther chameleon, is that correct?

So the reason why they have that is because some breeders insist on higher temps. They felt that their feedback should be included. The hobby has moved more to the 80-85 max for basking though when it comes to Veileds or Panthers.
