captive bred pygmies

There is a store in Long Island NY that says they have captive bred bearded pygmies for 30 dollars a piece. Is this worth it or should I go with WC since they can be gotten for half that price.

Also, this is my first time with pygmies

Any opinions are welcome

I would pay more for captive bred. CB animals are a little stronger than WC and pygmies can be very sensitive. Certainly as a beginner I would start with CB more than WC, if you make mistakes a WC animal would die faster than a CB animal. BTW, WC pygmý cost about 25-30$ here so in my opinion paying that for CB it's not that expensive.
