Can someone ID the locale of this Panther Chameleon?

So, I was on the internet, and someone is posting this guy for sale somewhat local to me. They posted a Nosy Be and an "Ambanja" for sale. However, when I went to look closer at the pictures, it actually looks more like a Nosy Be x Ambilobe cross.

It is certainly not a pedigree Locale. As to just what was crossed, that is as good of a guess as any.

That was my exact thought. I will be passing that information along to them as it isn't a pedigree locale. Thank you for your opinion.
