Well, using any one food item too often isnt really good for them. They need a variety of foods, both so they dont become bored with their food, and so that they get a wide variety of nutrients from various insects and gutloads. It would be best to use at least 5 different feeders. Try not to let any one food type make up more than 30-40% of her diet if it's possible.
Possible foods include: crickets, roaches (dubia, discoids, etc.,) superworms, mealworms, butterworms, silkworms, hornworms, mantids, snails/slugs, non-toxic moths/butterflies, flies (fruit flies, house flies, blue bottle flies,) grasshoppers/locusts, stick instects, and isopods.
