Can horn worms get to big to give to a baby Panther?

I’m new to the world of chameleons & just got my Nosy Faly Panther Chameleon a week ago today! He is doing great (I hope?) but I’ll tell ya, he is a lot of work! I already broke down & bought a Mist King today?! But my question is about feeding him Horn Worms...I bought a cup of them (about 4) at PETSMART several days ago...I didn’t want to rush to give them to him because I read they are suppose to be more like a treat but when I open the cup today I noticed they like tripled in size?!!! Are they still ok to give to my baby boy (just over 3 months old)?! I’m also nervous about that spike at the end of the horn worm! Are these really safe to give to chameleons!!? Thanks!

DO NOT FEED! that is extremely harmful. I would stick will smaller worms and crickets. Small dubias are amazing

Way to big. The horn at the end is fine, as it's not hard. However as someone mentioned they have a strong grip and A STRONG bite. I have seen one bite my Cham. No bueno.
