can anyone tell me what these are??

Upon cleaning out my feeder cricket enclosure, I found atleast 4 of these little black hairy caterpillar looking things.. IDK what they are, how they got in there, or if they are edible for my chameleons... I can try to take a picture of one later but they are small, black, are covered in little hairs, and look kind of like caterpillars.... does any one know what these are? If so, what do they turn into? and can I feed them to my chameleons?
