Camillion one eye is closed

Hello, I have a 4 yr old male veiled camillion, he has one eye closed and it leaks clear liquid. I first flushed the eye softly with a q tip for a week with camillion ete wash. Then I bought medicine for pink eye, Conjunctivis symptoms, swollen eye lid, puffiness. Tried this for another week. Then the other eye started doing it. Now I just ordered on line from a Exotic pet vet a bacteria fighting medicine. I don't have a Exotic Vet where I live it's 4 hrs away. My camillion also has a bump on his rib cage about the size of a eraser off a pencil. He's not dehydrated his eyes are not sunk in. He's still eating and drinking. I have the largest screened in cage they make. His basking side is 80-85 the cooler side 70-72. His lights are on 12 hrs aday at the same time every day. I feed him dusted crickets & meal worms. Can any one please help me??? I'm scared He's gonna die since I can't get to a EV. My guys name is Kami the King. Thank you so much.

Hi. Can you post some pics of your chameleon and enclosure please?
Sorry I was at work today. It's 3:00 am here. I'll be taking pics in the morning to send to you. I have another concern. I got the ointment Terramycin. I had to look up what a vet would use. Since I'm hours away from a Exotic Vet. So I read up on how to apply the medicine 2-3 times a day. How long do you think it will take to start working? I'm literally sick to my stomach with the stress of her dying. Do I need to get her oral bacterial medicine too along with the cream? One last question. Also she stopped eating and drinking 2 days ago. I did distribute 6 MG of water yesterday and this morning so she don't get dehydrated. Should I give her a warm shower too?? I read somewhere to do that??? Should I try to feed her myself with a few crickets? Or will she start getting better pretty soon and not worry about that too? I'm baffled on how & why she got this. I has told from on line Exotic Vet it's from lacking vitamin A??? I was told to give her calcium with 3D with every feeding. ( petco) told me that was it needed! and she's been fine for 4 yrs without a problem. But now I'm being told she needs calcium with no 3D with every feeding, and calcium with 3D one a week, and a multi vitamin once a month. So now I need to give her vitamin A too??? It seems like alot of vitamins. Where do I buy oral vitamin A? Or if I give her everything I mentioned above is vitamin A in any of those vitamins? So she probably got this because she was only getting calcium w 3D at every feeding??? I still haven't slept because I'm so scared I'm gonna loose her. Thank you for helping me ur the BEST.

Hi again. Let’s get all of your husbandry sorted out and make sure all is correct. I’ll need you to answer the following questions and then we can start.
No, do not give your chameleon a bath or vitamin A. Do not give any more of the vitamin D3. Do not put any ointment or anything else in the eyes. Let’s first go thru all of your care and see some pics before doing anything. Pics of your cham and entire enclosure, including lights will be of huge help.
