Calcium

I have a female Jackson’s Chameleon (wasn’t told the age when I got her but my guess is an adolescent). How often should I be giving her calcium (with and without D3) and how often should I be giving her a vitamin?

I give plain calcium mixed with ground bee pollen (optional) three times a week. I use Repashy calcium plus LoD twice a month in place of the calcium. There are other options this is mine. Dust very lightly no matter your schedule.

Right now, I have a bit of an odd schedule. I buy a bag of Arcadia earthpro A, and a bag of Arcadia calcium pro MG. I mix the two at 10 parts EPA, to 1 part Calcium pro. Then I mix this 50/50 with plain calcium. I use this “triple mix” at every feeding.
