It depends on what type of prey feeders you are providing, and what you gutload with. Assuming you will also supplement periodically with vitamins, the brands of supplements you use also matter.
If you are offering crickets, you would lightly dust those with calcium almost every time. If those crickets are properly and well gutloaded, you wouldnt need vitamins very often (but how often will depend on the gutloading and the brand of supplement)
If you are offering a more nutritionally balanced item, like a well gutloaded terrestrial isopod, no supplement at all is required.
THERE IS NO SINGLE FIXED SCHEDULE THAT FITS ALL SITUATIONS. But generally speaking, most people provide vitamin free and phosphorous free calcium most feedings, with D3/other vitamins less often.
