Hey all. Im getting a pair of b. Melanocephalum and im wondering if i should cage them in a screen cage or glass terarium with airvents. Im just worried i wont be able to get the 70 to 80% humidity as i am in joburg with a natural 30% humidity. The cage will be well planted. Unless i keep them permanently outdoors in an avary type cage. Cant wait to get them. Let me know what you guys think?

Tyrone, do you have the book "Chameleons of Southern Africa" ? There are some infos about them. Why do you think you will get problems with humidity ? When the cage is dense planted and you spray 1-2 times a day you will have always minimum 60-70%

Yeah. I am aware of that ben. But i can loose that humidity quite fast because it is very dry in joburg especialy winter. And im just thinking if i should use a glass terrarium or screen. But im going use a terrarium because i have one open.
