Butterworm gut load

Hey, so I just purchased about 50 Butterworms and I was wondering if there is any specific gutload I should be feeding them. Can I feed them the same stuff I feed the crickets(apples, pears, mustards, collards, romaine, kale, potatoes, and carrots)? Also another question that I had is can I gutload with avocado? Thanks for all of your help!

I know they will eat oranges, but the moisture from their poop will quickly foul up the container they are kept in, which is why it is recommended not to feed them and just keep they refrigerated.
