burn?

so i have a question i got a vieled chameleon today who is a juvinalle and everything about it is fine except one of its feet is half black and its been favoring the foot by stepping on its toe instead of spreading them open like normal chamleons do, i figure it got burned but im not sure so that is why im asking should i be worried? how can i help this little guy?

here are some pictures, when he climbs vines he will use it and opens it and closes his hand just when walking on solid things he walks on it

and no i have no idea what it is, it was given to me by a friend and im worried about him :/

If he is not using it, I would take him to a vet. I am not so sure that is a burn as it is in a odd spot.
