Bump on nasal area

Hey everyone, my veiled chameleon has a bump on his head and I was wondering if anyone has any ideas what it might be. He's older... About 4 and a half.

could be a number of things but the most common thing i’ve seen is papilloma, but a vet visit is definitely in check to figure out what it is!

Doesn’t look like a papilloma a to me. Does look like it may be an abscess or growth. Definitely worth a vet visit.

Could be some sort of nasal/sinus area infection too. I would also recommend a vet visit to ID what that is.
