Bump near my chameleon's eye

I've noticed that there's a bump under my chameleon's left eye and I don't know how he got it. Sometimes he has some issues seeing where his food is, but he has been fine otherwise. Does anyone know what I should do?

Looks like possibly a plug that needs to be flushed by a vet or a growth. Either way, I’d take him to a good vet.
