I have a question regarding a female veiled chameleon. I have been trying to breed her a couple of times, but the only result I get is that she gets stressed and argry at the male. She is approximately 18 months old and she laid a clutch of unfertilised eggs a few months ago. I have red that the female will exhibit blue spots on her body when she is receptive. She has been looking as on the photo for a while, and I tried to put her in a cage next to the male for the last few days. Most of the time she is green with blue spots, then all of a sudden she turns almost black with yellow markings, only to return to green with blue spots again, after just a few minutes. I haven't tried to put her in the same cage as the male yet.
Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
