I want to start breeding crickets, just for the simple fact i'm tired of buying them or paying shipping on them! What kit would you guys recommend or is there something i could just buy from home depot or what not?

Buy some Rubbermaid storage bins, The large ones, Cut out a rectangle from the lid and hotglue some screen to the opening, Egg cartons or papertowel rolls will do nicely for the structure that they need.
Keep the dead out of the bin AKA clean daily.
For breeding, put in a container of soil ( moist soil) for about a week .
Move this under a light, Put on a lid with the same screen type top for air ventilation, and incubate, Soon enough you will have lil crickets galore!
Personally haven't done it yet, but its how i was told to!
