Out of curiosity, what would be the likely outcome of breeding a male albino to a female 100% pied. Also why do females cost more then males

You would get visually normal babies that would be 100% Het Albino and 50% Het Pied.

Females cost more then males because they produce the babies($$$)

If you did do that breeding combo, I would keep all the male babies (maybe females too if you have space), grow them up to breed back to the Female 100% het pied, and try to get lucky and produce some Peids 50% het albino.

Then if you keep those females, and breed the male Albino to the females, you'll hopefully get some albino pieds over time (4-5 years lol).
