hey guys hows everyone doing.

i just got my first little boy this week. hes an ambilobe panther. i was just wondering about the accuracy that the top breeders have when it comes to determining the sex of a young male/female. hes only about 3-3.5 months.

thanks for any input that you may have

Hm, not to sound like a downer, but someone who breeds should know how to sex. I'd think a breeder should be 90% sure minimum. So you shouldnt worry too much!

any reputable breeder will be highly accurate, and in the rare chance that they aren't accurate and it turns out to be a female I'm sure they would be more than willing to swap it for a male (that is, if they are a reputable breeder)

if you would like confirmation, you should post a pic and let some of the experts here help :)

Panther Chameleons can easily be sexed as soon as they hatch. A top breeder should be able to send you the exact sex you want and guarantee it. Actually any breeder should. If you cant tell the sex of the animal you shouldnt be selling it.

Thanks for the replys everyone. I've just been seeing a few posts asking what's the sex of these cham. I trust that what I was sent is a male. I guess time will tell though Haha. Anyways thanks for the answers
