Brand new Cap Est Chameleon! help.

hello everyone, i am brand new to this chameleon stuff. I just picked up a Cap Est Cham yesterday! so far he has not want to eat. seems a bit on edge if i were to place my hand out or near him. i'm giving him his time to settle in his new home and get to know how it is.
i would maybe just like some helpful tips for care i've been researching like crazy on how these guys work and how to take proper care of them.
i have one question on how to keep adequate humidity in the terrarium? i have all fake plants in my terrarium. i've thought of placing a pathos plant inside to help the humidity rise. it's at 50% as of right now and the cage is in my room.


also, he hasn't want to eat or drink.
he was very feisty when i pulled him out of his shipping bag and he was bright blue.
he's normally a greenish with red stripes and he's got white on him too

do you think it's because he's just overwhelmed or under stress of all the crazy that happened? causing him not to want to drink or eat.

any info will help! thank you.

He will need some time to adjust. It is best to not handle him for at least a week and not a lot right after that. He would love a live pothos in his cage ,I have one and my girl loves it. If you want more info on how he is doing a pic of the cage and a pic of him would help.
