Boy or girl panther and what locale please

Hard to tell the sex from that picture. If you could post a picture that is a little closer up and that you can clearly see the base of the tail in that would really help.

As for local, if it is a female you will most likely never know as all locals look the same in females. Male you might be able to tell once he is older and develops colors.

I'd say 90% sure a male. As said by nhenn locality can't be said at this age.
