Blister???

I've had oscar well over a year now. He is my second veiled and I've never seen anything like this before. His lamp is on the other side of the mesh so I'm not sure how he could have burned himself but I'm grasping at straws. Any advice on what I should do would be greatly appreciated. I work all weekend but if I need to I'll call in to take the poor boy to a vet. I think I included a photo, trying to post this from my phone.

Burns are usually black and not yellow like that. It could be some type fungus or bacterial growth. I am not 100% sure, but just an opinion of what it might be. If it does not look better soon, I would take him to your vet. You could try some silver sulfadiazine if you have some.
